Logan Tanner was one of the supporting characters mentioned in Scarlet. He was Scarlet's grandfather.
History[]
Dr. Tanner is responsible for bringing Princess Selene to Earth after the death of the Lunar Queen, Channary. He also had a liaison with Michelle Benoit while she was on Luna, which makes him Luc's father & Scarlet's grandfather.
