Neils is a character in Cress. He resides in northern Africa when he met Cress & Thorne.

Cress & Thorne meet Neils at his company's encampment. He allows the two to stay there for a short time and helps lead them to Kufra.
After learning of Cress' Lunar heritage, Neils & his wife kidnap Cress and take her to Farafrah, where she was then sold to Dmitri Erland.
