Ochida Miko is a cyborg, whose father tried helping her evade the cyborg draft.[1]

Ochida Miko's father went to a ship house to pay for a space yacht so she would not be eligible for the cyborg draft. She then fell in love with the ship engineer, and decided not to join her father on the space yacht and instead risk the draft and stay with her true love.[1]
