Paris is a city in France of the European Federation.

In the hopes of finding her grandmother, Michelle Benoit, Scarlet Benoit traveled with Wolf from Rieux to Paris. They ended up at the Paris Opera House, where Scarlet did eventually meet her grandmother, but not before first being tricked by Ran Kesley under a Glamour for gathering information. Linh Cinder and Carswell Thorne also set Paris as their destination to find Michelle Benoit, though the reason behind it being different; to their knowledge, Michelle used to house the lost princess, Selene.[1]
