Scarlet and Wolf (Ze'ev Kesley) (Wolflet) is the romantic pairing of Scarlet Benoit and Ze'ev Kesley. They are open about their romantic feelings toward each other from Scarlet (book) to the end of the series. They are married in Stars Above.

Chapter Two
In Scarlet, the two first meet in Rieux Tavern (owned by Gilles), where Scarlet delivers. Émilie Monfort, a friend of Scarlet's, points out Wolf to her. Scarlet observes he's handsome. Gilles asks Scarlet to deliver Wolf's food once when she's there. She grudgingly agrees, and takes the food to him, observing him pick off all the tomatoes on his order. "Are you sure you don't want the tomatoes? They're the best part, and they were grown in my own garden." She tells him. "I've never tried them." He replies, and she convinces him to try one. He likes it and is about to order more, when a newsfeed about the fugitive Linh Cinder begins playing on the screen. Scarlet and Roland (a patron at the tavern) begin arguing and Wolf defends her, getting into a physical fight with him. Gilles kicks him out of the tavern. When Scarlet is leaving the tavern, Wolf asks for more tomatoes, and she gives him some, along with some carrots. He then asks her for a job at her farm. Scarlet tells him she has plenty of farmhands and returns home.
Chapter Eight
Scarlet goes to The Morel Farm (where there are street fighters meeting) to interrogate Wolf (he said earlier he was a street fighter) about where her grandmother is. This is after she finds her father at her farm and he tells her he was kidnapped by someone with a tattoo like Wolf's (the reason they kidnapped him, he claims, was to get information out of Michelle). At the fight, Wolf is close to killing his opponent (Hunter), when he meets Scarlet's gaze and stops.
Chapter Eleven
When Scarlet is making breakfast, she finds Wolf outside the window. She pulls her gun on him; "What do you want?". "I'm sorry I frightened you." He responds, and backs up. She bluffs, telling him she's already called the police and he says he came to talk to her about the night before (chapter eight). "How do you know where I live?", he explains he figured out where her farm was, and explains he's there to offer her help with finding her grandmother. "I was trying to impress you last night," He admits, after a few more minutes of arguring over Scarlet's grandmother, he says again he wants to help her, and she finally agrees to let him inside.
Chapter Twelve
When inside, Scarlet offers Wolf some tomatoes and he thanks her for them. "I can't imagine what you must think of me, after last night." He says.
