Steele's Swords are owned by Lysander Steele. They first appear in Wires and Nerve Volume 2 when he uses them to behead Iko and crush her personality chip.

Wires and Nerve Volume 2[]
In Wires and Nerve Volume 2, Lysander Steele is carrying his katanas when Iko (disguised as Cinder) meets him. He loses one during this chapter. He uses his remaining one to decapitate Iko, and then crushes her personality chip. He later goes to the ball. He uses it then to attack to androids disguised as guests. He attempts to throw one of them at Cinder, but she catches it in her cyborg hand. At the end of the chapter, Cinder stabs Steele in the heart with a katana, which is how he dies.
