Strom was the alpha of a pack of mutant soldiers in the Lunar military of the 117th Regiment. He sided with Princess Winter against Queen Levana.

Strom decided to side with Winter against Levana and helped to lead the attack on Artemisia with Princess Selene. During the battle, he was killed & Winter was distraught to find his body.
