Noticed that New Beijing is actually in the same location as Beijing, which means that China is kind of in the territoy of Eastern Commonwealth. Has China been destroyed after the third or the forth world war?
The Eastern Commonwealth terroritory covers the area that we would now (in the Second Era) call Asia, including China, India, Siberia, etc. During the Fourth World War all these countries were involved in the war and many cities, including Beijing, was destroyed. After the war ended, the countries in Asia, with all their different cultures and languages, formed one nation called Eastern Commonwealth and the location which was known as Beijing in the Second Era was chosen to be the capital city of this nation. It was renamed to New Beijing and fully rebuilt from the ruins.
